The College of Dentistry is committed to serving Nebraska and the communities that need it most. A premier national dental education program, the college is dedicated to excellence in teaching and robust community service. Through this commitment, the college provides a well-rounded educational experience and highly prepared graduates inspired to serve.
Recruiting and retaining the brightest and most talented students from myriad backgrounds is critical to the vitality of the College of Dentistry. These have become increasingly competitive activities. Rising costs have made student financial support the key to ensuring that all students have access to higher education.
Faculty at the College of Dentistry equip students with the knowledge, skills and experience they need to become successful professionals. Recruiting, and then retaining, these high-quality faculty members is imperative to enhancing the college’s teaching and research programs, which significantly influence the college’s culture and aspirations.
Research and innovation resources help attract renowned researchers to the college through startup funds; encourage research exploration and professional growth for current faculty; support researchers through bridge grants; and provide for the continual development of these scientists through their own research explorations.
FOR THE FUTURE WE’LL BUILD

This commitment is made possible by generous donors who share the college’s vision.
“We value and appreciate our donors who partner with the College of Dentistry to help us fulfill our mission to improve the oral health of the people of Nebraska and beyond.
